Floridadreamrent has been in business since 2006 serving visitors from all over the world. We know what is needed in a vacation home and we do our best to provide it.
Compass Bay is a beautiful gated community with lovely grounds.
It has a Cabana and heated pool,
Children’s play area
Ideally situated at the junction of Poinciana Boulevard and Highway 192. Just 5 minutes drive to Disney’s World Drive, and only 15 minutes from Universal Studios.
Welcome to our three bedroom, two and a half bathroom town house.
Our home became a vacation rental in 2017.
We take pride in what we have to offer to you our valued guests and know you will enjoy it.
All bedrooms are upstairs.
There is a King size bedroom with en suite bathroom
Two queen size bedrooms that share a bathroom.
Wifi at high speeds is provided at no cost.
Within a very short walk of the home is the onsite cabana and heated Resort
pool.
This is provided for you to enjoy
There is a laundry room in the home with a washer and a dryer.
Towels and linens are provided.

Our stay here was fantastic, everything was as advertised. Great location for visiting Disney’s Parks and with gated access to make you feel secure- one less item to worry about.

Property was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was short walk from condo. Our grandkids came with our daughter to visit, so there was plenty of space for everyone. It was 15 minutes to the Magic Kingdom, ESPN World of Sports, and many other places. Steve, property manager was very helpful n quick to respond to questions.

A lovely condo well furnished and comfortable. Close to all facilities with swimming pool on site. Compass Bay is an excellent base for central Florida with a good back up management. Will be booking again next yearj

Beautiful, clean home near Disney Parks. Very accommodating for last minute reservation. Exactly what was advertised and lovely. Nice pool area close to the townhouse that was not busy when we were there.
Very accurate according to the pictures. Pool area was lovely and quiet (not many people at a time in the area). Had a visitor with children that enjoyed the playground. Very comfortable home with great beds! Nice amenities (dishes, silverware, cooking items). Really appreciated the quick response to our last minute reservation. Love the lockbox - very handy instead of passing out multiple keys.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 5162 . The house was lovely and comfortable, and was very clean and tidy for our arrival. The only slight negative was a shortage of towels( there were only 2 hand towels) and a few extra teaspoons and tall glasses would have been handy. We appreciated all your help and prompt replies to any queries we had and will recommend the house and your company to our friends.

Hi ! Great place to stay close to Disney and Universal! All bedrooms were great, and master bedroom had a huge en-suite bathroom as well as full walk-in closet. Walmart and Publix right around the corner. Pool was very nice as well!
